Job description:
Should have hands on experience in BMC Remedy/ BMC ITSM.
Experience in Implementation of ITSM Modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management and SLM
Very strong ARS and ITSM skills in the areas of Installation, Configuration, Customization, and Integration with third party tools
Hands On Experience in Version UpgradeExperience in building and maintaining CMDB/CMS ToolsITIL v3 Foundation certification (Mandatory)
Expertise in working with BMC Remedy On Demand (SaaS) platformExperience in ITSM using Service Now will be an added advantage
Should have a thorough understanding of ITIL Processes
Experienced in basic database skills such as queries & joins
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best design practices
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong Problem solving skills.
