Required Skills:
The client needs someone with strong project management skills.  
This resource will oversee a printing consolidation project and  would need to have some experience in the production printing and/or graphic design trades. 

The specific key projects that this individual would be coordinating are as follows:
Coordinating the consolidation of 2 smaller print shops and determining staffing and equipment requirements will not be within the scope of this individual's responsibilities.
Implementation of a new EFI Storefront software, that will serve existing customers, as well as the customers of the 2 shops being consolidated.
Coordination of artwork file collection, clean up and upload with IT support
Coordination of User ID collection with IT support
Coordination of Graphics Center and end user training with vendor support

Must Have skills:  
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong organizational skills a must be precise and solutions driven.  
- Must be able to drive people and the project to meet all required deadlines.
