Role: Business Analyst

Location: Harrisburg, PA.

Job Responsibilities :

• This position will be responsible for working with others to come up with a business solution and then follow this through the development process to production.
• Significant part of this position will be documentation we need someone with demonstrated use case/BRD writing experience
• Must have strong use case development skills
• This position will be responsible for working with internal customers to collect business requirements and writing Business Requirement Documents.
• This position will also be responsible for answering how to questions, training, providing day to day non-IT support, writing test plans, and testing releases.
• Business Analyst background; Strong Excel experience; Ability to balance work load and set priorities based on direction provided by management;
• Must be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong work Ethic; Reliable.
• Hands on experience with Insurance domain..
